Abstract An electric vehicle has an alternative drive that uses motors and controllers to replace traditional internal combustion engines. Power comes from a battery or cell, not carbon-based fuel. This only saves money, but also low environmental impact. It number of advantages over engines, particularly in terms considerably reduced pollutants increased energy efficiency. There are several impediments the quick adoption vehicles, including technical constraints, high purchasing costs, lack charging infrastructure. In this conversion we can save control emission pollution. work, diesel fuel driven 909 CC commercial been converted into (EV) with suitable modifications their power train. Then, performance EV was analysed it found satisfactory. way, attempt made retrofit work power. The mileage measured as 110 km per charge for 25% load 80 full condition.
